He has a background in Architecture and over the years has worked side by side with some of the best designers in the industry.
His background starts with a custom stainless fabricator as a draftsman designing custom stainless steel kitchen equipment to working with Food Facilties Consultants and equipment dealers on projects such as Hospitals, Schools, Prisons, Night clubs, Fast Food Restaurants to Five Star Restaurants.
